Job Overview

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner/Clinical is responsible for providing world class sourcing and recruitment for CTCA hospitals and other CTCA locations nationwide/enterprise wide. This role will deliver candidates for roles such as Nursing, Clinical Support (Medical Assistants, Patient Care Technicians, etc) and other Clinical Professionals (Quality & Risk Mgmt, Nursing Leadership, etc) as assigned. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) will maintain and leverage job postings through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday. The Sr. TAP will build relationships with local colleges and universities, along with other Healthcare organizations and programs to build a robust pipeline of qualified talent.

Job Accountabilities

  • Develops, implements, measures and refines recruitment strategies and tactics to assist Cancer Treatment Centers of America in meeting clinical staffing and placement needs. Establishes a sourcing network, which may include an established virtual bench, agencies, online job boards, social media, trade schools or universities and other avenues for passive and direct sourcing.

  • Interviews qualified applicants for non-exempt and exempt positions and assesses candidates to determine if their capabilities match the job and cultural requirements. Activities may include telephone-based, video, or in-person interviews or administering pre-placement testing. For example, knowledge or skill-based tests, simulations, etc.

  • Identifies internal and external candidates to fill new or vacant positions. Activities may include internal job posting, stakeholder referrals, screening resumes, attending recruitment job fairs, school and/or community-based recruitment events or other externally focused efforts.

  • Integrates information gained about the candidate(s) and works with hiring manager to decide whether or not to extend a job offer. Activities may include reviewing test data, interviewer's recommendations or leading/participating in selection decision-making meetings for internal teams.

  • Determines and recommends job offer details, negotiates, and prepares new hire offers and extends verbal offers.

  • Partner’s with talent coordinator and hiring managers to ensure successful on-boarding of new hires and acquisition of complete and accurate staffing documentation as required by law.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 7+ years of clinical/healthcare recruiting experience is required; nurse recruitment experience preferred.

  • Experience with primary sourcing (required license and certifications) and Joint Commission requirements and standards preferred.

  • Workday ATS system is preferred.

  • Sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Career Builder, Handshake, Boolean search strings, passive ATS sourcing, and other online sourcing avenues.
